Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are hand-packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Enjoy free shipping on every order over $50.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order ships you'll find its status in your account under My Account → Orders.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the country. International shipping is on our roadmap — join the newsletter to hear when it launches.
Blends & Brewing
Are your teas caffeine-free?
Many of our herbal and floral blends are naturally caffeine-free, while our green and black blends contain low to medium caffeine. Each product page lists its caffeine level.
How should I brew loose-leaf tea?
Every product page includes a simple brewing guide with the ideal water temperature, steep time and amount. As a rule of thumb, use one heaped teaspoon per cup.
How should I store my tea?
Keep your pouch sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Our resealable pouches keep your blend fresh for up to 12 months.
